My wife and I moved from Texas to Seattle in December and were excited to find a new build home quickly, but it wasn’t going to be ready until March. After multiple delays by the builder both before and after the pandemic and working with a realtor who didn’t support us in continuing our search, we were at our wits end. We saw an ad on Facebook to look at homes in the 500k-900k range and I clicked learn more! At first I was talking to a robot, but then 1 min later, Carly popped on and said hey I’m a real person and I can help answer your questions. She immediately got on the phone with us, discussed what we wanted, and got us a list of potential homes within an hour. 3 hours later we were able to tour a home with her (while following COVID-19 policies around showings) and she helped us put in an offer that evening. She was extremely proactive, listened to what our wants/needs were and ultimately made it happen. She was able to facilitate a 18 day close between all buyers on a VA loan, yes a VA Loan!!! My wife is a nurse manager overseeing all coronavirus floors at her hospital and I am working to build tech to meet safety guidelines to address coronavirus in relation to grocery delivery and pickup, and we just didn’t have time to waste or stress over this. We are over the moon at how amazing Carly managed this process and provided above and beyond customer service. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a proactive and communicative realtor, and we look forward to possibly buying another property with her in the future!

Our initial meeting with Justin was on 11/13/2019, where he patiently got us up-to-speed with the current real estate environment, and put together a great plan for moving forward. We had very specific needs for our new home, both in type and location, which greatly limited the amount of options available to us. We identified a condo that met our needs and made an offer 7 days after our initial meeting, which was accepted without a counter the next day. Justin was also handling the listing of our house and made several great suggestions to get it into a condition that would bring top dollar. With new interior paint throughout, a proper amount of decluttering, and strategic staging we listed our house and received 5 offers within a week, accepting one $30K over listing. Justin was able to work with everyone involved in both sales to set aggressive closing dates for both properties, and the entire process went off without a hitch. We couldn't have been happier with the entire experience of working with Justin, and will definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking for real estate advice/assistance
